    Active optics is key technogy for new generation large telescope。Segmented mirror technology is one of two kind of active optics。The technology core is to test sub-mirrors status of co-focus and co-phase while conduct correction。The experimental system is first one of segmented active optics in China which consists of three hexagonal sub-mirrors with diagonal of 250mm,can reach 0.07 arcseconds (RMS) with accuracy of co-focus。The system can frequently obtain and maintaindiffracted image of co-phase with aperture of 220mm at λ=650nm (within approximately twenty minutes )。International advanced level has been reached on key technology of segmented mirror active optics for the experimental system which not only lay down a sound foundation for development next generation large telescope adopted segmented mirror technology in China but also bring a lot of technology and methods into application for Chinese Mega-science project LAMOST。
