A control system for implementing non-linear interference compensation for a torsion angle of an astronomical telescope is provided。By the torsion angle compensation and amendment in real time，driving wheel rotation axial line and driven wheel rotation axial line are kept parallel to each other in order to form compensation to torsion angle。By this way，fluctuation of the system is removed and telescope can track in higher accuracy and move stably in ultra-low speed。
