SONG (Stellar Observation Network Group)plan, initiated by the Asteroseismology Research Center at Aarhus,is to design and build a global observing network of 8 1-m telescopes, dedicated to study the internal structure of stars using asteroseismology and to search for exoplanets using microlensing. In 2009, China officially joined theSONG plan and in 2011 funded one 1m telescope and its instruments as a node inside China. Nanjing Institute of Astronomical Optics and Technology (NIAOT) was assigned as the supplier of this 1m telescope. On October 10, 2013, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) meeting was held in NIAOT. The specialist group reviewed the reports made by the telescope team and instrument team, and checked the reports from the performance test group. Later the specialists were organized to survey and check the workshop performance test. After that, specialist group made a final comments and remarks that the China SONG Telescope(including instruments) passed the FAT.
