On October 13th, 2012, Nanjing Institute of Astronomical Optics & Technology (NIAOT) held the appraisal meeting on the post-doctoral study of Changwei Li and Bangming Li。

The panel was composed by 9 experts, which come from Nanjing University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Purple Mountain Observatory and NIAOT。

Doctor Changwei Li and Bangming Li gave the reports of “Design and construction of adaptive optics system for telescopes” and “Research on control technology for adaptive optics experimental system for telescopes” respectively。

In their reports, they show their main contents, methods and innovative points of their research during the postdoctoral stage, and answered the questions of the panel。

The panel uniformly agreed that two post doctors successfully fulfilled their research tasks, and could be out of post-doctoral station with excellent ratings。
