On Octomber 19 2010，Pro.f CuiXiangqun was elected as member of Third World Academic of Science (TWAS) during 21th congress of TWAS。
Pro.f CuiXiangqun was pre-director of NIAOT，gerenal engineering of LAMOST，member of CAS。
