After success on prototype of primary structure of truss mirror tube (including primary mirror tube and primary mirror cell) for space solar telescope in NIAOT,which has been delivered to SST lab at headquarters of national astronomical observatories for overall assembling and adjusting,colleague of mechanical-electronical system of SST research group in NIAOT made great efforts to carry out instrument box by devoted design and assembling as well as adjusting on the spot for more than one year.The insrument box is made of titanium alloy ,which is 3.8 meter long and 163.8kg at weight.It has been delieved to SST lab at headquarters of national astronomical observatories to attach to primary truss for following overall assembling and adjusting.SST project namely space solar telescope which is a astronomical satellite with aperture of one meter is used to carry on observation and research of solar magnetism hydrodynamics with transient or constant state for making great breakthrough on space solar probe and solarphysics research which lead space solar probe of China to top-grade level in the world. SST research group in NIAOT is one of undertakers for SST project.
